You're the link between the customer and your technical colleagues: you guide the entire implementation process from analysis to go-live. You think along with the client and propose concrete Odoo solutions based on your own analysis, workshops, demos, and more. What you\'ll take ownership of
You dive into your client’s business processes through
workshops, surveys and analysis, and explore how these can be aligned with
Odoo’s capabilities .
You’re creative and communicative in formulating and developing advice, solutions, and additional improvement proposals.
Is everything clear? Great! In that case, you create a comprehensive report and manual to facilitate the translation to your technical colleagues.
You’ll
test and validate
the environment your colleagues build, making sure it matches the expectations and requirements discussed with the client.
Along the way, you
coach the client
through trainings sessions, clear documentation and workflows, guiding key users step by step through the change process.
You're not on your own. You’ll work closely with your colleagues, since most implementations require teamwork and additional features.
You\'ll work on both B2B and B2C projects.
What we\'re looking for
With a
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in your pocket, you\'re ready to take on new challenges.
Web applications are not new to you: you have knowledge of HTML, CSS, SEO, and UX insights.
You enjoy solving problems and thinking outside the box to find smart, practical solutions.
You're a
strong communicator, both with your team and with clients. You know how to
spot what a client really needs
and turn that into concrete solutions.
You thrive in a collaborative setting and value a
supportive, team-driven environment .
You’re someone who brings
energy, passion, and isn’t afraid to take
initiative
or make decisions when it matters.
Ideally, you already have some experience with
implementations, process improvement or functional consulting, but if not, your mindset and motivation matter just as much.
You’re
fluent in English .
You are comfortable with working at least 3 days a week at the office.
