Sales Growth Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrated software and hardware solutions, with experience in multiple areas such as Transportation, Mobility, Parking, Payment Solutions, and Vending business.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent proven experience is required, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically and achieve ambitious sales targets. They will also be a team player, adaptable to fast-paced changing environments, and able to work closely with multiple stakeholders.
The role involves winning new contracts for our software and hardware solutions, expanding business at existing customers, and developing solutions for customer requirements in line with our roadmap.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract signing.
* Monitor the market and bring insights into product line management.
* Present and demonstrate our products during customer visits and trade fairs.
* Work closely with marketing for lead generation.
* Develop solutions for customer requirements in line with our roadmap and in coordination with our development teams.
* Evolves leads into opportunities and transforms them into sales deals.
* Supports the creation of offers in our bid management team and negotiates contracts in close cooperation with their head of department.
* Establishes and maintains a network of international contacts at strategic levels (managing directors, operational and IT managers) of public transport companies and partners.
* Provides a qualified and accurate sales forecast.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent proven experience is required.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in integrated software and hardware solutions.
* Experience in multiple areas in Transportation, Mobility, Parking, Payment Solutions, and/or Vending business is preferred.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to think strategically and proficiency to achieve ambitious sales targets.
* Must be a team player, adaptable to fast-paced changing environments; with ability to work closely and influence multiple stakeholders.
* Highly creative with experience identifying and developing opportunities.
* Engage, inform, and motivate buyers.
* Must be forward-looking, detail-oriented, and proactive with proven verbal/written communication skills.
* Strong competency with MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mail, SharePoint, and OneDrive).
* Valid driver's license to cover Belgium, The Netherlands, and Eastern Europe territories.
* Native Dutch speaker and both spoken and written proficiency in English.
