Division: Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)
Main objective of this Tribe is to deliver Euroclear customers frontend services and products, in a reliable and stable manner, to supervise their activities, enable reporting and allow transactions execution. Your role will be to lead the squad passionate about the environment on which our applications are running. The key activities of this squad include:
1. Continuous improvements related to the test / production environments
2. Test environment availability and maintenance
3. Release test support: no regression testing, performance testing
4. Developer environment availability and maintenance
5. Set up and maintenance of deployment pipelines
6. Support PPE and PROD launches
7. Supporting projects with environment related topics
General Job description:
Working within corporate strategies and policy frameworks, leads & coordinates the activities of an IT organizational unit to meet company's business requirements. These activities include the design and implementation of IT strategies, guidelines and procedures.
Your Role:
8. Ensures (may ensure) that the design, selection, development and maintenance of business application systems are successfully integrated and operated within the company’s business environment
9. Oversees (may ensure) the design and implementation of an assigned technology as well as the integration and performance of all local area networks for the organization
10. Coordinates the use of internal technical support personnel and vendor support to provide higher levels of problem solving maintenance, and an efficient end-user support
11. Leads (may lead) the management, monitoring, and improvement of both existing and new IT processes like organizational change, release management and incident management
12. Manages a subset of a large organizational unit or an entity, having a direct and controlling impact on the results of this sub-unit, with accountability for the tactical direction and mid-term planning of the activities required to achieve these results
13. Takes decisions based on judgment within the scope of the defined strategy
14. Manages, motivates and assesses performance of a team of IT professionals
15. Supervises and manages the performance of diverse activities that is precise as to content and objective and requiring awareness of related activities in order to operate within a short/medium time frame
16. Outputs are subject to periodic review against targets
