Job Description
As a successful
Sales Manager - Pharma Industry - Belgium
, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the (para-) pharmacies and groupings, online & offline
* Oversee the preparation and management of the sales budget for pharmaceutical representatives & KAM
* Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and objectives to ensure meeting goals & objectives
* Lead & management the pharmaceutical representatives & the KAM - implement KPIs, actions plans and define forecast
* Coach the sales teams, assist the pharma representative team, support the KAM and train new comers
* Maintain relationships with key clients in the life sciences industry
* Directly negotiate with resellers
* Monitor and analyze sales performance against goals
* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences
The Successful Applicant
As a successful
Sales Manager - Pharma Industry - Belgium
, you will have the following profile:
* Master in Business administration, marketing or related field
* Proven leadership skills with +5 years of experience leading a pharma sales team
* Previous experience as KAM, in negotiating with pharma/parapharma groupings
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proactive approach with strategical & operational mindset
* The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
* Fluent in French, Dutch & English
