Assignments
We are looking for an engineer to lead rapid problem resolution and product performance improvements for one of our clients in the automotive/high-tech industry .
Your main responsibilities include:
Receiving and analyzing product complaints from the field, diagnosing errors and debugging issues
Leading investigations and coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve product issues
Collaborating with suppliers when third-party components are involved
Acting as the liaison between production, quality, development, and suppliers to ensure rapid solutions
Preparing documentation, including summaries and detailed records in Jira or similar systems
The profile
Background
You hold a degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with experience in problem-solving roles involving products, production, or quality.
Must Have
Strong analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, reactive environment
Familiarity with task and issue tracking tools such as Jira
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to interact effectively with design, development, and supplier teams
Nice to Have
Experience in automotive, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industries
Previous exposure to warranty or field complaint management
Knowledge of continuous improvement or root cause analysis methodologies
