Customer Service Expert - BeNeLux
A dynamic and communicative team player is sought to provide exceptional customer service in the BeNeLux region.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
This role involves being the direct contact for customer enquiries, working closely with the field sales team to inspire customers, acquire new customers, and manage long-term relationships.
* In this role, you will handle customer enquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner, providing product consultation, order processing, complaints management, and customer data management.
* You will also be responsible for researching projects, calculating quotations, and supporting the implementation of construction projects.
Your Expertise Is In Demand
We are looking for an individual with a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, as well as professional experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Candidates should possess a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Dutch/Flemish and French, with English being a must.
We support further language training if needed. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems.
