Responsibilities
Managing SAP GIL + CC Assignments and handling SAP Approvals. You'll be instrumental in our transition to new SAP functionalities.
Checking D2L service invoices and all other service invoices for accuracy.
Stamping invoices for both manual and in-house auditing processes.
Ensuring timely receipt of carrier invoices through regular log checks.
Performing in-house auditing (SIS) and manual invoice audits.
Engaging in calls with carriers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Summarizing data from existing sources and handling logistics.
What we're looking for
You possess strong administrative skills, demonstrating high organization, meticulousness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge and experience with SAP are essential, as you'll be working with our SAP transition.
You have proven experience with invoice approval processes, particularly carrier approval processes.
Experience from the road transport sector, specifically with invoicing, is highly valued.
