Your role
This position is designed as a next-step opportunity for a CAMO Engineer with 2–3 years of experience using Swiss-AS AMOS who is looking to deepen their expertise and expand into the systems and IT side of aviation maintenance.
As an AMOS Technical Expert, you will:
• further develop advanced AMOS expertise
• play a key role in optimising system usage and performance
• contribute to defining best practices across the organisation
• become a central point of expertise connecting engineering and digital systems

Your responsibilities
* End-user base first level support, technical assistance for general business ticket management, support case follow-up with Swiss AS
* Develop AMOS usage best practices
* Creation of customized reports
* Monitor and promote AMOS adoption within Challenge Group
* Support the various projects, including aircraft transitions, for timely update of the relevant data in AMOS
* Manage data transfer activities
* Support the IT Business Application team for release changes and system configuration
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent by 5 years of relevant experience
* Experience with Swiss A.S. AMOS
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in aviation industry
* Knowledge of EASA rules and regulations, Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-145
* Fluent English is essential, including the technical aeronautical terminology
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools
* Good communication and team working skills
* Organized person
