Job Title: Project Planner – Data Centre
Location: Belgium (Brussels / Antwerp region – hybrid / site-based)
Overview:
I’m currently supporting a consultancy delivering complex data centre and mission-critical projects across Belgium. Due to continued project growth, they are looking to bring in an experienced Project Planner to support programme delivery across major construction and commissioning phases.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced project environments, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and taking real ownership of the schedule. You would be joining a team involved in large-scale CAPEX developments, where planning is a key function in driving successful project execution from design through to handover.
The Role:
* Develop and manage integrated project schedules (Level 3–4)
* Work closely with client, contractors and engineering teams
* Own baseline programme and track progress against milestones
* Provide reporting including S-curves, KPIs and progress updates
* Identify risks to schedule and support mitigation / recovery planning
* Coordinate across design, procurement, construction and commissioning phases
* Support overall project controls function where required
Requirements:
* 5+ years project planning experience
* Experience within data centres, pharma or large-scale industrial projects
* Strong Primavera P6 knowledge
* Experience working within consultancy or client-side environments
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programme delivery
