Head of hbsm data operations

About the responsibilities

1. Lead HBSM Data Operations team within HBSM Central Team (~ 20-25 resources)

2. Ensure that appropriate interactions are established and managed with other groups within HBSM Central Team and other GSK departments to support appropriate communication, interfaces and knowledge management flow.

3. Ensure resource forecasting and planning processes within HBSM Data Operations ensuring a robust view of workload and monitor resource utilization and compliance with effort tracking requirements.

4. Ensure analysis of performance and drive business processes within HBSM Data Operations to improve performance consistent with GSK expectations retaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

5. Translate and monitor strategic vision & ambition into concrete team objectives for the following activities.

-MD&ST (Master Data & Support Team) who is responsible to prepare clinical trials Master Data of IT systems (SAP HBSM, CLIMS (Labware), Assay Dictionary (Labware)) for Vaccine and Medicine studies to guarantee timely delivery of study data enabling eHBSM data readiness before study start.

- Samples Data Reconciliation operators responsible for samples attributes modifications and related impact assessment.

- Specialists responsible for providing support during the implementation of study delivery pipeline acceleration initiative for clinical studies and performing data monitoring during the execution of clinical studies.

- Team accompanying HBSM CT business into non eHBSM data-driven changes.
