Role Overview
Are you ready to be part of a cutting-edge production team working with advanced cell sorting technology? Genus ABS is seeking a Production Technician to join our Harfsen site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, controlled environment where innovation meets precision.
You Will
* Operate and monitor production equipment used in cell sorting technology.
* Prepare materials and assemble equipment for production runs.
* Use automated systems to carry out production tasks.
* Troubleshoot equipment and process issues collaboratively.
* Maintain accurate production records and verify documentation.
* Support continuous improvement and process optimization.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality protocols.
Requirements
* GCSE level education or equivalent.
* Experience in a lab or FMCG environment is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Basic math skills and computer literacy.
* A proactive, reliable team player with a positive attitude.
* Valid driver's license and access to a car for daily commute.
