Hybrid Software operates worldwide and has commercial operations in various regions.
As HR Officer, you will be responsible for both the implementation of personnel policy at group level and the personnel administration of the Belgian and French subsidiaries. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
You are responsible for accurate payroll and personnel administration: you take care of payroll and leave administration in the Belgian and French entities and ensure correct processing in the other group companies, for which you collaborate with local employees;
You are responsible for drawing up and taking care of contracts as well as compliance of personnel files;
You provide management information on HR topics and know how to process the data in an analysis.
You will operate in a highly international context and, together with the various teams, you will think proactively and solution-oriented.
Holder of a master's degree in HRM or equivalent through experience;
- Bilingual in Dutch/English, knowledge of French, German and/or Italian is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Belgian social legislation, knowledge of international legislation is an
