Role Description
GEOxyz is looking for a Product Owner ERP to take on a key role in building our new ERP landscape. This is a new position within the organization with clear strategic impact.
As a Product Owner, you combine classic product ownership responsibilities with elements of process and business analysis. You translate business strategy and operational needs into a future-proof ERP system that supports our growth, international expansion, and operational excellence. You work closely with various departments and act as the bridge between business and IT.
Your key responsibilities
* Develop and safeguard the product vision and roadmap for the ERP system, aligned with GEOxyz’s strategic objectives.
* Analyze end-to-end business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements.
* Actively collaborate with various departments (including operations, finance, HR, project management, and leadership) to capture their needs.
* Act as the link between business and IT by structuring, prioritizing, and translating business requirements.
* Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog.
* Work closely with the development team and provide functional guidance to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
* Monitor scope, quality, and business value of the ERP product.
* Report on scope, planning, and budget to the steering committee.
* Support change management and adoption initiatives within the organization.
* Continuously monitor market trends and best practices related to ERP, digitalization, and process optimization.
Context of the role
* A new key role within GEOxyz with high autonomy and impact.
* You report directly to the CIO and indirectly to the steering committee.
* Close collaboration with IT, management, and business departments.
* Focus on building a scalable and future-proof ERP platform.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
* Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
* Proven experience with ERP transformations is a strong asset.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex processes.
* Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proactive, decisive, and results-oriented.
* Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
