Using your creativity to develop innovative methods of talent sourcing, particularly through Employer Branding and Digital Recruitment. Actively participate in improving and designing new projects for the HR department. Profile required: We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and committed Talent who: Has at least 5 years' experience in recruitment or a similar position. Bilingual FR/NL. Has a good command of selection and interview techniques. Excellent writing skills. Enjoys working in a team and sharing new ideas.
