If you enjoy understanding our customers' preferences to guide them through our 80+ pralines, your mission will be to spread joy and happiness in the hearts of our clientele.
Your responsibilities:
* Warmly welcome our customers, enthusiastically inform them about our products, and expertly advise them on their purchases.
* Become a true ambassador of the Leonidas brand, sharing your in-depth knowledge of our products.
* Create magical moments by introducing our latest creations developed by our master chocolatiers.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by being attentive to their needs and desires, and by providing quality service.
* Ensure an impeccable presentation of our products in the display case, respecting the guidelines of our marketing department.
* Receive deliveries and manage the stock room.
* Manage the cash register (registration, collection, issuing receipts, and cash counting, ensuring accuracy).
* Ensure the cleanliness and compliance with store procedures.
What we are looking for:
* A person with a minimum of a high school diploma (A3), with experience in sales.
* An aptitude for numbers and mental calculation.
* Dexterity and speed in performing tasks.
* A customer and sales-oriented mindset, capable of working in a team.
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
* Good knowledge of French and Dutch.
