As a WMS & Logistics Consultant, you will support Belgian and international clients in optimizing their warehouse and distribution operations by leveraging modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and smart logistics solutions.
Your responsibilities
* Analyze and redesign warehouse and logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and fulfillment operations
* Translate business requirements into functional and technical WMS solutions
* Support the selection, design, configuration, and implementation of WMS platforms
* Lead or contribute to key project phases: business analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ERP, TMS, automation, robotics, data analytics) to deliver end-to-end supply chain transformation
* Manage workstreams and coordinate with client stakeholders and Deloitte colleagues to ensure high-quality project delivery
* Contribute to proposal development and business growth initiatives within the Supply Chain practice
* Stay up to date with emerging logistics technologies, automation trends, and digital warehouse innovations
Your profile
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes
* Experience with WMS implementation or optimization projects
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational challenges into digital solutions
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with operational teams as well as senior stakeholders
* A collaborative spirit and a passion for supply chain transformation
