We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Automatic Distribution Center in Ninove.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the material handling installations and keeping installation downtime to a minimum.
You will work in a large team, sharing responsibility for the continuous improvement of the operations in a KPI-installation..
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the availability of the material handling installations
2. Keep installation downtime to a minimum
3. Implement an action plan with colleagues to ensure proper functioning of the installation
4. Solve electrical and mechanical issues according to our standards
5. Use PC, software tools
6. Read and interpret electrical and/or mechanical drawings
7. Use special tools for troubleshooting
8. Perform technical cleaning
9. Store removed products on designated places
10. Guide technical operators
11. Work according to safety regulations
Profiel
Requirements:
12. Knowledge and experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
13. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
14. Familiarity with PC and software tools (DIQ, MS office, CMMS, technical programming software)
15. Ability to work in a team
16. Ability to work in 3 shifts
17. Good communication skills, on the workfloor we communicate in Dutch OR English.

19. Commitment to safety regulations
Education and Experience:
20. Technical degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
21. Experience in maintenance of material handling installations
