We are looking for a full time field service engineer to join our team in Belgium (Herentals).
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing both remote and on site support. You will assist with technical issues related to the machines as well as the sorting programs. By troubleshooting efficiently and finding practical solutions, you help minimize downtime and keep our systems running at peak performance.
Our customers are located around the world, and you will visit them for installations, annual calibration visits, and technical support. Excellent communication skills and fluent language skills in English are required. Extra languages are a plus.
Prior experience in field customer service is a plus.
Interest in food industry, quality inspection and sorting.
Communicates easily with customer to understand their issues and provide training if needed
Is eager to learn: technology evolution is constant and our solutions evolve over time.
