As a Manager in the People Advisory team you will perform the following tasks:
Project Management — Lead and manage People Advisory Services projects, overseeing teams to ensure successful delivery; provide clients with actionable recommendations and best practices to enhance business and HR processes; contribute to project reviews, identifying lessons learned to improve future quality and commercial planning.
Commercial Management — Engage in business development, from identifying leads to preparing and presenting pitches and proposals; contribute to the development of KPMG’s service offerings.
People Management — As a performance manager, guide, develop, and motivate team members to unlock their full potential; lead by example, ensuring adherence to KPMG’s quality standards; experience managing small teams (1-5 people).
