Perform root cause problem solving on all occurring issues. Closely collaborate with the relevant suppliers. Partner and lead multidisciplinary investigations with our other functions (QA, QC, Buying, External Quality) to align on mitigation plans and timings. Develop solutions and improvement plans for our packaging materials. Support and execute investigations within Operations (production). Qualifications: Ability to multi-task on different projects and set priorities to achieve all deadlines at quality. Being agile when priorities need to be reset. Ability to work independently and successfully under minimal supervision and integrate cross-functional issues and balance competing priorities effectively. Self-motivated, enthusiastic personality, team player, with a desire to learn new skills. Being able to manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously to meet critical deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic, growing environment.
