🚀 We are looking for a Conversation Designer & Content Specialist
To design and manage engaging, user-centric chatbot experiences across Dutch, French, and English, we are looking for a Conversation Designer & Content Specialist to strengthen our digital user interactions.
You will contribute to delivering seamless, intuitive, and human-like chatbot conversations that align with business goals, brand identity, and compliance standards.
Mission Context
The mission focuses on creating, optimizing, and managing chatbot conversations, content libraries, and multilingual user interactions. You will work in a cross-functional, Agile environment to enhance user experience, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
Your Role
Conversation Design & Content Management
* Design conversation flows that handle happy paths and edge cases in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Write clear, empathetic, and on-brand microcopy for all chatbot interactions.
* Manage, structure, and maintain chatbot content for scalability, reusability, and multilingual delivery.
* Ensure consistent tone, voice, accessibility, and inclusivity across all chatbot replies.
Testing & Optimization
* Conduct usability testing and analyze chatbot analytics to improve flows and copy.
* Iterate and optimize conversations based on user insights, success rates, and conversation breakdowns.
* Maintain content libraries and style guides to ensure consistency across chatbot projects.
Collaboration & Best Practices
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (legal, customer service, business) to align conversation design with policies and user needs.
* Coordinate with localization and translation partners for high-quality multilingual delivery.
* Contribute to developing best practices, design patterns, and testing routines for chatbot projects.
Your Profile
* Minimum 3 years of experience in conversation design, UX writing, or chatbot content design, with a strong portfolio of conversational work.
* Proven skills in multilingual content creation (Dutch native, French B2/C1, English B1/B2).
* Familiarity with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Rasa Studio, Voiceflow) and content management platforms.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
