JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE SERVICE Location: Brussels, Belgium Duration: 04/08/2025-31/01/2026Language: Dutch Or French, EnglishWork mode: Hybrid Job Description:The activities of the PMO are as following: The main tasks expected are:Supporting the program and project managers in coordination, guidance and communication tasksBe the guardian of the program/project methodologiesSteering committee(s) preparation & follow-upEnsure follow-up of initiatives / projectsCoordination & increased communication between Business and ITMonthly, quarterly reporting: consolidationMaintaining the roadmapFollow-up & challenge of risks and issuesFollow-up & challenge of milestone planningMaking presentations about certain topicsProvide guidance and support to projects on demandBeing able to support the development of roadmaps for specific topics/initiatives.Support change management activitiesResource and cost follow-up in close collaboration with PgM/PMRequirements:Knowledge of PMO & project management methodologies is a plus (ex: Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMI standards)Experience using a program/project management tool is a plus (ex.
