To support that growth, we are looking for a hands-on and people-focused HR Business Partner who can strengthen our teams and leaders with a pragmatic, strategic, and supportive approach.
About the role
As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting key HR processes across our teams, including production and international sales. You work closely with management to guide HR operations, drive employee engagement, and help our people thrive.
You are proactive, solution-oriented and quick to adapt. You know how to translate HR strategy into effective actions, and you are confident navigating a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key responsibilities
HR advice & support – act as a sparring partner for team leads and managers
Learning & development – coordinate training needs and initiatives
Employee experience – strengthen retention and engagement with practical HR solutions
Change facilitation – support and guide organizational changes where needed
Culture & wellbeing – help embed a strong and positive work culture across teams
HR operations – ensure HR processes run smoothly and accurately
Reporting – report directly to the CEO and align with managers
Your profile
Hold a higher degree in HR, psychology, business or equivalent through experience
You bring several years of generalist HR experience, ideally in a production or international setting
Communicate clearly and confidently in Dutch and English
You are pragmatic, hands-on and know how to set priorities
Enjoy switching between operational and strategic tasks
You are open to occasional travel to our European sites
