To strengthen our team, we are currently sourcing a Senior Manager SFP Projects BNL

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager SFP is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a critical link between high-level strategy and operational execution, ensuring that key projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

The position requires strong strategic thinking, advanced project management capabilities, and a proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Planning

* Collaborate with cross-functional senior leadership to develop long-term strategic and operational plans for the business
* Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
* Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and process optimization.

Program Management and Deliver

* Lead end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
* Develop detailed work plans, timelines, and resource allocation for key initiatives
* Monitor program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and metrics

Stakeholder Engagement

* Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication
* Facilitate regular updates, meetings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
* Manage expectations and provide proactive solutions to address risks or challenges

Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years of experience in brand management/marketing communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
* Proven record in developing integrated, omnichannel marketing communication strategies, concepts, and campaigns.
* Experience managing teams, preferably cross-functional, and working with international brands or companies.
* Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and experience in agency collaboration.

What will the selection process look like:

Interview - Business Unit Leader: The second interview will be with our Business Unit team to delve deeper into your market-specific knowledge and experience.

Interview - Country Lead: The third interview will be with the Country Lead to explore regional strategies and your alignment with market goals.

Interview - Leadership Team: The fourth interview will be with the Leadership team to discuss your specific functional expertise and role responsibilities.

Interview - Final Discussion: The final interview will wrap up any remaining questions and finalize the selection process.
