Introduction
Nalys is a Belgian engineering consultancy specialized in regulated industries, supporting leading pharmaceutical and life sciences companies with high‐value technical expertise.
We are currently looking for a Senior Automation Engineer PCS7 to join one of our pharmaceutical partners in Walloon Brabant. You will be involved in complex industrial environments, contributing to automation activities across the full project lifecycle while working in a collaborative, quality‐driven context.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will:
* Act as a key automation reference within multidisciplinary pharmaceutical projects
* Translate user and process requirements into automation solutions aligned with quality standards
* Coordinate automation activities with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Contribute to system configuration, testing, and implementation phases
* Support documentation, validation, and compliance activities
* Participate in commissioning and transition to operational use
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members when relevant.
Your Profile
* You hold a Master's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
* And a Solid experience in automation projects within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry
* You are hands‐on with Siemens PCS7 or similar DCS platforms
* You have a good understanding of GxP environments, validation, and documentation practices
* You are able to work autonomously in ongoing projects and adapt quickly
* You are fluent in both English and French.
