The Account Manager is responsible in preparing Account plans and executing them by coordinating commercial and technical initiatives with pharmacists and their staff. Doing so with appropriate communications consistent with Elanco’ s marketing and sales objectives. Account Managers are held accountable for delivering sales results and implementing agreed strategies and plans.Your responsibilities:Accountable for the attainment of sales objectives through the execution of Account Plans with targeted AccountsCultivate customer relationship in order to increase our customer value propositionTransfer key messages and scientific information about Elanco products to pharmacists and their staff within the designated sales territoryCall on and generate demand with all targeted accounts in the designated sales territoryImplement and execute marketing programs and customer initiatives in collaboration with the marketing department / creating a maximum of Elanco visibility in the pharmaciesDisciplined reporting of all call reports, territory intelligence and customer information within designed CRMReporting any adverse events and product quality complaints & adhere to all Elanco policies and proceduresWhat You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):Living in designed sectorHigher education or bachelor / scientific orientationExperience in sales & animal health is a plusEmpathy or passion for veterinary OTC businessStrong business acumen and results drivenExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsGood influence and leadership skillsStrong learning agilityOrganizational and implementation skillsPersonal accountability with high initiative and sound work ethicsComputer literateLanguage: Fluent in Dutch and/or French - English is a big plusDon’t meet every single requirement?
