Service Delivery Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to support large-scale digital transformation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of critical IT infrastructure and service delivery across Europe.
Your Mission:
You will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and enhancing high-availability IT systems with a strong focus on Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Network Architecture, Business Continuity, and Security. You’ll work directly with key international stakeholders, ensure strategic alignment with business goals, and contribute to the operational excellence of pan-European services.
What You Bring:
Core Competencies:
* Deep experience in system architecture design (on-prem, hybrid, cloud)
* Strong knowledge of SAN/NAS, object storage, and enterprise storage vendors (Dell EMC, HPE, IBM)
* Proficiency in Linux & Windows, virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, KVM), and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Backup & recovery strategies, data lifecycle management, and disaster recovery planning
* Security-aware with working knowledge of GDPR, encryption, access control
* Strong command of the ITIL framework, including Change, Incident, and Service Continuity Management
Leadership & Communication:
* Proven experience managing multinational stakeholders
* Ability to run workshops, animate discussions, and clearly communicate technical strategy
* Excellent English (C1/C1), French a strong asset
* Experience with European institutions is highly preferred

* Architecture documentation & SOPs
* Strategic IT roadmap and lifecycle plans
* Presentation delivery to senior audiences
* Risk identification & progress reporting
