Job Description:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the Data/AI strategy in line with the company's overall vision. This involves ensuring that the business and technical agendas converge, and that teams within the department work on data-driven solutions that provide value to stakeholders.
* In close collaboration with the digital transformation manager, technical counterpart, and Agile PMO, the manager will ensure a common direction and coherence in the functioning of all teams. This includes providing common guidelines and facilitating knowledge sharing.
* The manager will foster collaboration between the digital and AI transformation department and other departments to build smoother collaboration. This involves defining common approaches and more effective communication strategies, encouraging data insights to be integrated into decision-making across the organization, and supporting departments in increasing data literacy.
* Based on business impact, resource availability, and strategic importance, the manager will prioritize initiatives to improve the functioning of the department or business relations.
* As a leader, the manager will coach team leads in people management, provide opportunities for professional growth, ensure a productive work environment, and address any team dynamics or performance issues.
* The manager will play a crucial role in defining the recruiting and retaining talent strategy within the department, working closely with HR.
