For this, we are looking for an entrepreneur in technology; an experienced project manager who will work with us to shape the future.
Job description :
As a project manager, you are responsible for the entire project cycle: from the initial idea through to the execution and commissioning of the project.
The projects within your portfolio consist of tram track renewals or expansions, the construction of sustainable depots, and/or the establishment of bus stations of the future.
Because at De Lijn we constantly focus on innovation and improving our service and network, as a project manager you are often working on various projects simultaneously. You oversee all sub-objectives while actively contributing ideas. The sub-objectives consist of time planning, scope, budget, quality, information provision, administration, and managing the project team. The project team consists of internal and external experts.
This job calls upon your results-orientation, independence, and coaching skills. You want to move forward; you desire continuous improvement; and you succeed in finding the ideal balance between the various projects and the priorities within each project. We are looking for a project manager with strong people skills, communication skills, and a true collaborative mindset. After all, you will be negotiating with various partners.
You work mainly from Antwerp (pre-metro).
This vacancy must be offered with an all-in price: mileage reimbursement is not possible.
The contract can be extended after the initial period.
