As a Pricing and Sales Support DACH your responsibilities are:
* Develop, maintain, and optimize pricing models to support strategic business decisions.
* Perform margin, cost, and competitor analyses to ensure competitive and profitable pricing proposals.
* Monitor pricing performance and prepare periodic reports with insights and recommendations.
* Support scenario planning and simulations to evaluate pricing strategies.
* Coordinate end-to-end tender processes, including document preparation, submission tracking, and deadline management.
* Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to gather required tender inputs.
* Review tender documents ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with commercial strategy.
* Assist with the creation of commercial proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.
* Maintain pricing databases, product catalogues, and contract documentation.
* Ensure that CRM and sales systems reflect up-to-date pricing, terms, and customer information.
* Support the Sales team with ad‑hoc analysis, forecasting inputs, and administrative coordination.
* Assist in preparing sales performance dashboards and KPIs.
A successful Pricing and Sales Support DACH should have:
* Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Experience in pricing, sales support, or customer service within the Life Science industry.
* Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
* Knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous.
