Duties
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial Operations Department and the duties will include but are not limited to:
handling all tenancy matters and related enquiries efficiently;
assisting in preparing leasing documents and reports for the team including financial reports, budget proposals, departmental procurement, etc;
maintaining a proper documentation record;
coordinating with relevant parties on leasing administration and supporting the liaison works;
maintaining and building good relationships with RDE tenants and other stakeholders;
providing professional secretarial and administrative support to the team; and
performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.
You Should
possess a recognized diploma or higher diploma in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate or related discipline;
have experience on leasing administration, tenancy management and arcade/retail marketing with a property developer are preferable;
have strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders;
be a good team player, self-motivated, very attentive to details and able to manage multi-tasks in a tight timeline and work under pressure;
have high proficiency in computer applications in MS Office; and
be familiar with e-leasing system platform and be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
