Duties & Role:
1. Prepare and maintain operational workstation baseline for multiple networks within the agency;
2. Assure successful deployment of security updates and anti-malware/data loss prevention endpoints;
3. Assure security hardening based on security settings and group policies;
4. Provide automated reporting on utilisation of resources with regards to licensing and capacity management;
5. Load users and workstations into a datacentre – centric infrastructure;
6. Install and document remote application provisioning services based on, but not limited to, Windows Remote App concept;
7. Liaise with the Agency's Centralised Service Desk for incident, problem and change management
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
8. The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
9. Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Operating system product line administration, with focus on Windows 7 and Windows as client operating systems;
10. Deep knowledge of implementing and administering large active directory environments;
11. Experience of Windows Administration and relevant certifications, MCITP;
12. Experience in client provisioning and bare metal install using MDT and SCCM as toolsets;
13. Experience in troubleshooting client OS and software provisioning problems;
14. Experience in Application Provisioning technologies;
15. Experience in REACH Support and NCIA Core Enterprise Services procedures;
16. Fluent in English.
