HR Operations & Systems
Implement and streamline HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
Maintain compliance with local and international labor regulations
Manage and improve HRIS tools (, Personio, Workday) and ensure data accuracy
People Programs
Lead performance management, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives
Optimize onboarding and offboarding processes to improve employee experience
Culture & Employee Experience
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
Use employee feedback to shape programs that improve retention and satisfaction
Managerial Support
Guide managers on performance, feedback, and employee relations
Support conflict resolution and people-related decision-making
Profil recherché
1+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or talent-related fields
Solid understanding of HR regulations and employment law
Experience with HR systems such as Personio or Workday
Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments is a plus
