We are currently looking for an Agile Product Owner for one of our key clients.
Mission context
As an Agile Product Owner, you will represent both the stakeholders and the voice of the customers, capturing their expectations, preferences, and aversions. Together with the Scrum Master and Development Team, you embody the Scrum Team.
You will express, prioritize, and manage the product needs through the Product Backlog and ensure the Development Team fully understands the product while maintaining consistency across each Sprint.
Your responsibilities
Design phase and project methodology:
* Build the product’s big picture, including its roadmap, and communicate it to the Development Team.
* Clarify needs and draft key functional specifications according to agile methodology.
* Plan iterations and define priorities to ensure proper content delivery.
* Continuously monitor and prioritize the Product Backlog according to key business needs.
* Align stakeholders on the product vision and delivery expectations.
Project follow-up and support:
* Initiate a priority management approach to ensure product consistency and quality.
* Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs, etc.).
* Make decisions or arbitrate on delivered functionalities.
* Conduct live adjustments and follow-up on Sprint Backlogs.
Agile mindset:
* Maintain a positive, pragmatic attitude.
* Share knowledge and continuously learn and adapt.
* Focus on team success rather than individual achievement.
* Treat feedback as lessons for continuous improvement.

Your profile
Education & Certification:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
* At least 5 years of relevant experience.
* Expertise in agile methodologies, project management, budget management, and stakeholder management.
* Preferable: knowledge of the Fraud domain and/or the BNP Paribas Group.
Technical experience:
* Strong functional and technical acquaintance with product management.
Soft skills:
* Strategic thinking and ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view).
* Analytical, structured, and goal-oriented.
* Negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Quality-minded with attention to detail.
* Leadership skills and open to change.
