We are looking for an E-Commerce Performance Expert
You will play a key role in driving online performance, optimizing customer journeys, and supporting data-driven sales growth for our clients’ digital platforms. This is a full-time position with a flexible working model, including the option to work remotely two days per week.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute test plans to improve e-commerce performance in line with client strategies.
* Set up, run, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to optimize UX, conversion, and offers.
* Analyze customer journeys and recommend improvements across product pages, funnels, and CTAs.
* Collaborate closely with digital, marketing, and product teams to implement changes based on insights.
* Manage CRO tools and dashboards to provide actionable recommendations to clients.
* Support lead generation, cross-selling strategies, and campaign optimizations.
* Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify digital best practices in relevant sectors.
* Validate hypotheses with data and collaborate with pricing and product teams to prioritize initiatives.
Experience & Competences
* Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or a related field, or equivalent by experience.
* Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and performance analytics.
* Hands-on experience with analytics and testing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely).
* Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (Google, Meta, Display, etc.).
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
* Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset.
* Language skills: Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in English.
* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in energy, telecom, or banking sectors.
