Your Key Responsibilities: · Perform quality control analytical testing, primarily ELISA, qPCR, and mass spectrometry, in accordance with established procedures and quality standards · Conduct in-coming QC of raw material, In-Process Controls and release testing to ensure batches meet specifications · Analyze, interpret, and document results while ensuring accuracy, traceability, and consistency · Draft, review, and maintain QC documentation, including analytical reports, deviations, change controls, and OOS/OOT investigations · Participate in non-conformity investigations, identify root causes, and contribute to corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) · Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and Good Laboratory Practices · Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, and Quality Assurance teams to support operational activities · Train and mentor technicians or new team members on QC methods · Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical methods Who Are We? Who Are We Looking For? · Bachelor or Master degree in chemistry or biochemistry · At least 3 years of experience in Quality Control within the biotech/pharma industry or an analytical laboratory · Strong hands-on experience with ELISA, qPCR, and ideally mass spectrometry · Experience in antibody - HRP/Biotin conjugation and testing is a plus · Highly rigorous, detail-oriented, and reliable in performing analytical tests · Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams · Organized, versatile, and capable of managing multiple analyses simultaneously · Experience with Deviations / CAPA / Change Controls / OOS / OOT · Familiarity with regulated environments (ISO 13485, IVDR, FDA) · Professional level of English (minimum B2) Why Join Us?
