* Drive Tender Process: Lead the preparation and response to tender calls, gathering relevant information from clients and collaborating with internal teams to create competitive proposals.
* Pricing & Negotiation: Develop pricing strategies in alignment with the company's financial goals, negotiate with clients, and identify cost-saving opportunities across operations.
* Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met while collaborating with the Key Account Manager to analyze their priorities and business culture.
* Project Coordination: Oversee the startup of new projects, ensuring smooth implementation and follow-up throughout the contract lifecycle.
* Commercial & Operational Events: Coordinate and participate in key commercial activities such as audits, meetings, and production launches, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages.
* Issue Resolution & Quality Improvement: Handle customer complaints by investigating the root cause, working with internal teams to create and implement effective solutions, and keeping clients informed.
* Data Management & Reporting: Keep internal systems up to date with relevant client data and changes, and ensure accurate reporting for both clients and internal stakeholders.
* Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with strong analytical skills and relevant experience in managing tenders and client relationships.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HACCP and airline regulations is a plus.
