* Prepare, lead, and conclude commercial negotiations and strategic guidelines (e.g., responses to RFI/RFQ, design or process changes with cost impact, capacity negotiations, shortage responsibility discussions, part discontinuation management).
* Report negotiation progress and outcomes in a timely and structured manner.
* Clarify customer requirements and coordinate their internal review.
* Monitor customer KPIs, share updates internally, and coordinate cross-functional action plans to address deviations or improvement needs.
* Prepare short- and long-term sales budgets reflecting accurate forecasts of volumes, turnover, and mid‑ to long‑term business developments.
* Lead overall account management activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, alignment with internal stakeholders, and proactive follow-up on open topics until conclusion and its documentation. xphnsxz
* Supervise the Key Account Coordinator and coordinate all customer account activities in collaboration with Key Account Coordinator.
Specific requirements
* Min 5 Y Experience as KAM or commercial function
Profil
* University degree in sales/business orientation
* 5 year-experience in business/ commercial negotiation role in the automotive industry
* English
* Very good practice of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Word & Outlook
