For one of our clients, we are looking for an Office Assistant in Brussels.
Your tasks will include:
* Managing day-to-day administrative tasks: greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling correspondence.
* Ordering and maintaining office and kitchen supplies.
* Coordinating with vendors for office repairs and maintenance.
* Scheduling meetings and managing room bookings.
* Assisting with the planning and coordination of company events, gatherings, and board meetings.
* Assisting with new employee onboarding and updating the company's organizational charts.
* Managing employee platforms such as Workero and TravelPerk.
* Tracking expenses for the Human Resources department.
Profil
* A minimum of a high school degree.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., office assistant, receptionist, or administrative assistant).
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent communication in both English and French, written and verbal.
* Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
* Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, basic Excel, and PowerPoint).
* You must be available to work on-site, with the possibility of one remote day per week after the initial onboarding period.
* This position can be offered at either 80% or full-time (100%) capacity.
