Procurement Manager Marketing & Selling EU (M/W/D)
Temporary procurement role supporting the European Marketing & Selling categories. The position strengthens the team during a major vendor review program and increased workload, helping with sourcing, supplier management, and procurement strategy execution across Europe.
Tasks:
* Support category strategy execution for marketing & sales procurement in Europe.
* Manage sourcing processes (RFI/RFQ) and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
* Build and manage supplier relationships and contribute to the 360° vendor review program.
* Analyze spend, pricing, and supplier performance data to support procurement decisions.
* Collaborate with Legal (contracts), Finance (performance tracking), and internal stakeholders across Europe.
* Ensure procurement involvement in projects based on spend thresholds and business needs.
* Support sustainability integration in sourcing and supplier selection.
* Maintain operational excellence in procurement tools, dashboards, and compliance.
Qualification:
* Min: 2-3y Experience in indirect procurement, preferably marketing & sales categories.
* Experience in an international or multinational company (mandatory).
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Ability to build supplier relationships and analyze procurement data.
* Strong English communication and presentation skills (must confidently present and discuss strategy).
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑changing, non‑hierarchical environment.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with pharmaceuticals industry, marketing or communication agencies.
* Familiarity with sustainability in procurement.
* Knowledge of European supplier markets.

* Duration: 6 months + extension
* Workload: Full-time (40h)
* Location: Anderlecht, BE (remote 40-60%)
