About you
Essential talents and qualifications:
1. A Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar. Alternatively, the equivalent by experience.
2. Experience in software product management or product ownership.
3. Knowledge of mathematical programming techniques.
4. The ability to operate in a complex technical domain.
5. Proficient in Agile methodologies.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. A desire to take ownership and deliver results.
Bonus points if you have:
8. Solid knowledge of supply chain concepts and planning solutions or solution subdomains.
9. Prior experience in one of our core industries.
10. Experience as a product owner within a Scrum team.
11. Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML)-driven systems or hybrid solution approaches.
12. Technical affinity (e.g., programming).
13. But most of all, you’re fun to work with and a great team player!
