RumeXperts is Hiring – Business Developement Manager EU Veterinary CRO | Multi-Species Clinical Trials RumeXperts is an independent veterinary Contract Research Organization (CRO), specialized in the design, implementation, and analysis of clinical trials conducted under both field and experimental conditions. We operate across four key species: Ruminants – Dogs – Horses – Poultry As part of our international expansion, we are recruiting an International Business Developer to structure and develop large-scale clinical trial projects in collaboration with industrial and scientific partners. Your Mission Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a central role in RumeXperts’ international business development. Your responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying international B2B opportunities (with a primary focus on Europe)
- Developing relationships with: Pharmaceutical and nutritional laboratories Animal Health, AgriTech, and Veterinary MedTech companies
- Structuring and negotiating multi-country, multi-species clinical trial projects
- Co-developing tailored proposals in collaboration with scientific and regulatory teams
- Contributing to the strategic positioning of RumeXperts as a leading CRO partner Profile
- Proven experience in B2B Business Development, ideally in: CRO, Life Sciences, Animal Health, Animal Nutrition, or outsourced R&D
- Ability to operate in scientifically and regulatory-driven environments
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing long-term partnerships
- Fluent English is essential (Dutch and additional languages are an asset)
