SOLAF BVBA consists of two divisions and, we are currently looking for a Sales Officer/ Account Manager to join our young energetic multinational team to further develop our clients accounts by giving them the support they need and be part of the future of automotive car trade.
Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming phone calls as first contact for all calling customers
* Replying clients emails about vehicle requests and after sales matters
* Handling negotiations with clients to close deals
* Converting Solaf customers into eCarstrade users (cross-selling)
* Account Management for an initial small % of customers on eCt
* Using provided CRM tools for communication with customers
* Being responsible of the different aspects of the sales from A to Z – first answer to customer, provide information, negotiate, making the proforma, explaining payment terms and pick up conditions, collecting feedback from the customer – including related administrative tasks
* Convert occasional buyers into recurring clients
Profile:
* Passionate about cars
* 0 to 4 years of working experience
* Excellent communication and negotiating skills
* Organized and able to prioritize tasks
* Eager to learn
* Flexible and independent
* Commercial mind-set
* Energetic, innovative, enjoys new challenges
* Curious and willing to go beyond expectations
* Fluent in Italian, English and French(or Dutch) or other languages such as Spanish are plus
