Job description
* You will take on a commercially responsible role within the core Sales team.
* You are responsible for expanding our brand in regions where we are not yet active. You will represent the company's vision and values.
* Monitor market developments and trends in greenhouse construction and climate technology.
* In at least one region, you will act as a direct salesperson to stay closely connected to the market and day-to-day operations:
* Actively building relationships with potential clients, project developers, and partners.
* Support, guide, and advise clients on new construction and renovation projects.
* At a later stage, you will collaborate with and support agents and lead generators in your region.
* During your onboarding period, you will acquire the necessary technical knowledge through (online) training and on-site meetings. In addition, you will accompany our sales staff to clients to gain hands-on experience of our operations and sector.
* You will often be on-site with clients and stakeholders. You will participate in various trade fairs in both markets and maintain regular contact with the headquarters in Izegem (BE).
* You will work with the CRM system and ensure that all information remains accurate and up to date.
* You will report directly to the Commercial Director.
