As a faculty member of the Global Learning & Knowledge Faculty Shared Services (FSS) team, you will deliver IBM Consulting Partner & Professional Development (PPD) education programs to IBM Consulting professionals worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Apply knowledge of desired learning outcomes and course subject matter.
* Leverage knowledge of consulting strategy, managing complex relationships and engagements.
* Provide business insights and engaging client stories to support course material.
* Facilitate role plays, feedback sessions, individual coaching and personal experimentation to raise self‑awareness.
* Practice personal impact techniques and improve relationship effectiveness.
* Utilize Project Management Professional (PMP) knowledge where applicable.
* Demonstrate excellent training and facilitation skills and learner‑centered training principles.
* Adopt a facilitative teaching style; remain energetic, enthusiastic, flexible and able to maintain a sense of humor.
* Facilitate group discussions, elicit participant contributions and draw out key learning points.
* Provide constructive feedback on pre‑developed course material.
* Coach within a classroom environment using GROW or co‑active coaching models.
* Handle challenging people and situations with professionalism.
* Show sensitivity to cultural and ethnic differences and needs.
* Demonstrate commitment to IBM values and maintain a constructive learning environment.

Bachelor's Degree.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of consulting strategy, building client relationships and relevant project experience.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
* Experience with advanced authoring tools to create interactive and immersive courseware.
* Media production skills (audio, video, graphic art) to support learning solutions.
* Instructional design knowledge to develop effective learning materials for diverse needs.
