As the successful Digital Marketing CRM Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: Earned Media:Develop and execute strategies to grow organic visibility and engagement through SEO, social media, and digital PR initiatives.Foster relationships with influencers and partners to lify brand reach and credibility, assisting the marketing team in influencer selection by analyzing audience overlap and engagement.Monitor and analyze earned media performance to identify opportunities and optimize impact.Track and improve the share of voice (SOV) by benchmarking against competitors and identifying gaps to increase brand prominence.Owned Media:Manage and optimize content for owned channels, including the website, email caigns, and social media platforms.Oversee the CRM database, powered by Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring data integrity and leveraging insights for personalized and effective customer communication.Create and maintain content calendars to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals.Implement and manage always on content strategies to maintain continuous engagement and relevance across channels.CRM Initiatives:Lead both B2B and B2C communication strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.Oversee the launch and management of the loyalty program, ensuring it aligns with overall CRM goals.Manage and troubleshoot the sales tool used by medical and sales representatives to take orders, coordinating updates and enhancements with the CRM solution agency.Serve as the primary problem solver for any issues related to the sales tool, ensuring minimal disruptions for field teams.E commerce:Partner with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to support e retailer accounts by providing guidance on optimizing digital sales strategies.Assist the KAM by analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and offering recommendations for enhancing e commerce operations.Participate in business reviews with e retailer clients alongside the KAM to provide digital expertise and strategic input.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of e commerce activities with broader digital marketing strategies, improving product visibility and customer engagement.Paid Media:Plan and execute paid caigns across digital channels to drive traffic, conversion, and awareness.Monitor paid m
