ETNIC is working on a complete overhaul of the 7 web portals of the Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles (fwb.be, culture.be, enseignement.be, sport-adeps.be, aidealajeunesse.be, maisonsdejustice.be and recherchescientifique.be), and would like to collaborate with a UX Research profile to test and correct wireframes and mock-ups based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
* Carry out qualitative tests (usability testing, guerilla testing, etc.) with target users to validate or invalidate the various mock-ups and extract ideas from them.
* Write comprehensive test reports to enable the customer to validate the proposed improvements.
* Define areas for improvement to meet user expectations.
* Correct/complete/create wireframes/prototypes to meet needs identified during user testing.
Other tasks
* Assist functional analysts in the study of already defined business needs.
* Review and finalize prototypes and other deliverables provided by the previous UX consultant.
* If necessary, draw up user flows or other deliverables to clarify user requirements.
* Collaborate with development and business teams, and ensure development follow‑up.
* Assist in the implementation and/or evolution of a coherent design system.
Required skills
* Good web culture (3 years).
* Knowledge of responsive design, particularly mobile‑first (touch navigation, screen rotation, native mobile properties, etc.) (3 years).
* HTML and CSS skills (5 years).
* Knowledge of prototyping and graphic design software (Figma, Sketch, MockPlus or other) (5 years).
* Knowledge of Agile project management (3 years).
* Analyze quantitative and qualitative data. (3 years).
* Conduct focus group interviews (+ draw up an interview guide) (3 years).
* Conduct usability tests on an existing application (3 years).
* Conduct individual interviews (+ establish an interview guide) (3 years).
