Overview
We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to oversee delivery on a large-scale data centre and high-voltage substation project. The role involves managing civil works and coordinating subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution.
Responsibilities
* Manage subcontractors, including cost control, coordination, and performance monitoring
* Oversee civil construction activities across the project lifecycle
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines
* Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams on-site
* Monitor progress and resolve technical and operational issues
Required Skills & Experience
* Fluency in English and French
* Proven experience in subcontractor management (costs, coordination, delivery)
* Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, including: Piping, Concreting, Groundworks
* Experience working on infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects
Preferred
* Dutch language
* Familiarity with regional regulations and standards
