Senior Construction Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre Project (80MW)

Ensure resource planning aligns with current and future commitments to maximise opportunities.
Liaise with QA, Commissioning, and EHS teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Manage contractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and labour levels.
Lead overall construction efforts with a focus on logistics and handover.
Monitor daily field activities, manage information flow, and track issues related to progress, quality, and safety.
Experienced construction manager with a strong track record on large-scale data centre and life science projects. (Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Deep understanding of the full design and construction lifecycle.
Skilled in mobilising teams and driving successful project delivery.
Effective at building strong working relationships across complex project structures, clients, and internal teams.
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required.
