Partner Business Development - Tax Advisor

Then you might be the Partner Business Development - Tax Advisor we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the partnership agreements to align Banqup’s and these firms' shared goals, including revenue, ensuring mutual success in delivering digital and payment solutions for their customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at PwC and Deloitte.
Identify opportunities for co‑innovation, such as integrating Banqup’s financial and administrative tools with their ecosystems to enhance customer experiences and capture market opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams at both companies to create joint go‑to‑market strategies, campaigns, and customer success initiatives.
Drive cross‑platform adoption by promoting Banqup’s solutions within their networks and vice versa, optimizing customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor and report on partnership performance using data‑driven insights (e.g., CRM dashboards, KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and execute governance rhythm with PwC and Deloitte to ensure smooth execution of the partnership agreements.
Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring alignment on commercial terms, shared objectives, and customer‑centric outcomes.
Qualifications:
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
5‑10 years of experience in Accountant or Tax Advisory firms as account manager, partner manager, or business development, preferably with a SaaS or fintech background.
Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships, with experience in negotiating agreements and driving collaborative growth.
Good understanding of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to monitor partnership performance.
Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
Experience with API integrations, digital platforms, or financial technology solutions is a plus.
Understanding and knowledge of the internal processes of a large accounting and consulting firm is a big plus.
Demonstrate rigor in orchestrating and following up internally while maintaining a proactive, autonomous, and collaborative work style to thrive in Banqup’s fast‑paced, scale‑up environment.
Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a big plus.
